Step One: Click on "Create a new mod" in the "Modding" section.

Step Two: Fill out all textfields in the "General" tab.

Step Three: Choose a design in the "Design" tab.

Step Four: In the tab "Finish", click on "Install". If you want to only create the mod, make sure you have "Only save without                                installation" checked.
